But how do we do the games?
Why is my project stalling?
Game development never goes well. Ever. You may only realize this in retrospect but when you get the feeling in the pit of your stomach that things could be going better, they probably could.
I'm a person, through years of running my own studio and helping others run theirs, who knows how to get in, assess a project, and make actionable recommendations on how to improve.
How can I get this off the ground?
You have a big idea. Ideas are awesome, aren't they? Executing them is both daunting and sometimes not so fun.
My consultations and research can help you make the best decisions that give your project a running start.
Running this circus isn't fun anymore.
Sometimes you work so hard making sure there aren't leaks in the boat that you forget how much fun the open sea can be. I don't mind looking after the leaks so you can get back to what you love.
Though it's rare, I can also step in as a de facto operations manager and help get things back in the shape you need.
How do I get started?
First, know that my rates are negotiable based on budget and scope, but I start at $100/hour. Have a very specific scope in mind? It's easy to come up with a flat number that makes sense for both parties.
Best thing to do is email at email@example.com and describe your budget and project details. We can take it from there!
